William
William arrived at Flicka in 2009 with Poppy and Poppy’s foal, Honey. They came from Romania, but were in this country for 12 months before they arrived at the sanctuary.
We will probably never know what happened to them during this time, but they all showed signs of great distress when they arrived.
William is now a very friendly donkey and always one of the first to investigate anything going on!
