Teddy

Teddy was unloved when he was originally relinquished into our care, having lived most of his life in solitude in a small, isolated paddock in the north east of the UK. On arrival we introduced Teddy to Buttercup (another recently saved donkey) and they bonded instantly!

They then went out to a wonderful foster home, where Buttercup surprised everyone by giving birth! Some time later, their wonderful foster carers sadly and reluctantly had to ask us to bring the trio back to our sanctuary due to a change in their circumstances, but we are thrilled to have them here. 

Teddy is tiny and tubby and such a cuddly, friendly donkey. He is very playful and always looking for fun!
