Pebbles

Pebbles arrived here in July 2019, along with three other donkeys, including her best friend "Meg", who is an American Mammoth Jackstock donkey and stands at a whopping 14.3hh! They were relinquished by their owner, who was sadly unable to care for them due to ill health.

After a period of quarantine, we introduced them to our Main Herd, where they quickly settled in and made lots of friends. Pebbles and Meg are definitely our little and large donkey pair at the sanctuary! Pebbles adores Meg and follows her absolutely everywhere. The pair also took frightened new arrival "Papillon" into their fold and the trio are often found enjoying one another's company. 

We are so lucky to have Pebbles with us here at Flicka - she is very friendly and cuddly and just loves a fuss!
