Freddy
Freddy was relinquished into our care in early 2023 when his human Mum passed away. The lady’s family stepped in to look after him, but he developed nasty penile sarcoids - a type of cancerous skin tumour. He had surgery to remove the sarcoids, but after a short time they returned aggressively and his prognosis was not looking good. Freddy’s worried family came to us for help, so of course we agreed. Further surgery was successful, but unfortunately Freddy developed serious complications with scar tissue and we discovered some more tiny sarcoids growing. His future was suddenly looking very bleak... but we refused to give up on him and set to raising funds for life-saving surgery. We were so worried, but the surgery was a success! Freddy quickly recovered and he is positively blooming with health now. He is living his absolute best life with his Bachelor Boy friends; Little Bear, Benji, Robbie and Ned. At our sanctuary, Freddy will always be free to spend his days exactly as he chooses. Freddy is a gorgeous, friendly boy... |
