Angelina
Angelina's Mum, Buttercup, was saved at the 11th hour, just before she was loaded onto a meat lorry bound for France. She was in poor condition and very depressed when she arrived. Luckily, another donkey named Teddy arrived just two days later - the two lonely souls bonded instantly! They then went out to a wonderful foster home together, where Buttercup surprised everyone by giving birth to baby Angelina, despite not showing any clinical signs! Some time later, their wonderful foster carers sadly had to ask us to bring them back to our sanctuary due to a change in their circumstances, but we are just thrilled to have them here. Angelina is a gorgeous, friendly girl and she is best friends with Archie! |
