Acorn was one of several miniature donkeys seized by the RSPCA when they arrived in the UK from California.
Acorn with, along with the others, was emaciated and terrified after her ordeal having been transported illegally, presumably for ‘black market’ breeding.
Acorn is a dear sweet little donkey who now lives a relaxed life in her group of ‘oldies’. She is very bonded with Emma another ‘aged’ donkey and gets very anxious when her best friend is out of sight...
