Purchases from our Gift Cabin
Items purchased in our sanctuary Gift Cabin may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:
● Perishable goods
● Earrings or other pierced jewellery items
● Personalised items
● Sale or clearance items
Online Purchases
If you purchase from our online gift shop, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Refunds Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and checked. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
