Olga

Olga arrived with us in summer 2025 when one of our vets contacted us about a donkey she was very worried about.

Olga was so lame she was hobbling on just three legs - unfortunately, her owner was struggling a little with her care and Olga needed urgent veterinary treatment. We arranged for Olga to have x-rays and some specialist farrier work and she quickly become much more comfortable. We offered her a new home at our sanctuary - she settled in really well with our Twilight Herd of older residents and is now enjoying her new life and newfound friends.
