Jacob arrived at Flicka in May 2025, aged 26, after losing his beloved bonded companion and beginning to show signs of loneliness. His owner contacted us for help, and we were delighted to welcome him into our care.
Jacob was introduced to our Twilight Herd of older donkeys, and it was clear from the start that he had found his perfect home. He settled in beautifully, quickly making new friends and becoming part of the group. Jacob now enjoys life surrounded by donkey companions. His mum visits regularly and is overjoyed to see him happy and content once again. We’re so pleased to have Jacob in our Flicka Family! Jacob is a gentle, affectionate boy! |
